Bridal Appointment FAQs
Do you require an appointment for Bridal shopping?
Yes. Please see the appointment request form. If you need an appointment within 24 hours, please call, instead of email. If you have purchased your gown, we require a follow up appointment for trying it on and picking it up, either book that when you are notified that your gown has arrived, or send an appointment request form.
What payment is required?
All sales are final, with a 50% deposit required to order. The gown must be paid for in full when it arrives.
What is the timeline for shopping for my bridal dress?
We recommend shopping 8-12 months ahead of your event. Turnaround time can vary, most gowns require a minimum of 2-3 months to arrive, with majority of gowns taking closer to 6 months. Please keep in mind you will have alterations prior to the wedding, and those could take a month or more depending on the schedule of the tailor. We do not offer in house alterations, but have great relationships with local tailors that we can recommend.
If your wedding is soon, we do have off the rack gowns that can be purchased, and some companies may offer rush fees, so do not fret! Just let us know, and we will find an option that works for you!
How do I book an Appoinment?
Please call or submit an inquiry for appointments. Please know that these are requests, and we will review our schedule and call you back to confirm. We do our best to accommodate what works for you.
You will receive a 90 minute block of time. Please fill out our appointment form, or ask for a phone consultation prior to your appointment. This will help get housekeeping stuff out of the way, so we can immediately start your appointment trying dresses!
We also recommend bringing a maximum of 4 people with you to your appointment. This helps you to not be overwhelmed with opinions, and ensures you will have a positive experience with your loved ones.
What are your price ranges?
We offer bridal collections starting at $1200 and going up to $10,000. The majority of the bridal collection is around $2000, with the couture bridal collection averaging around $5500. If you need to be under $1200, then we have off the rack gowns that can be pulled from our evening collections. Let us know, and we can steer you in the right direction, we have something for everyone!
What are your size ranges?
Our current line ranges from Size 0-24. We don’t have each dress in each size, but we can special order your size when you decide on your dream gown. Our stylists are very experienced in helping determine the correct sizes. The majority of the samples are around a size 10-12, but we have a wide range.
What do I bring with me for my appointment?
Any gown inspiration you may have-- pictures, accessories, etc. If you have already purchased your wedding shoes, bring those along, and please wear seamless nude undergarments and smoothers, so you can get the best idea of how the gowns will look and feel that day. Also, bring a hair tie, especially if you are considering wearing your hair up for the big day!
