Make A Payment

You can now make a payment online! Please include the name/phone number on your original receipt in the comments section at checkout. After your payment is processed, we will email you a receipt with your new balance. Please select the amounts that add up to the total amount you would like to pay. If you have a balance with change, add another dollar, and we will adjust the total to match the balance due. For each item added to the cart, you will have to select the "Making a Payment" feature in the shipping drop down menu. *If you live in the state of Kentucky, the system will add sales tax, however, you will only be charged for the amount of your payment, since you have already paid sales tax on your original purchase.*
